Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the CT8132240H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP80002 manufactured by Ceragon-Networks and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceragon-Networks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A3120 by Manufacturer Chemring as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cerclet Brand 111T57 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Char-lynn such as 1011048007 equipment made by Char-lynn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Char-lynn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Char-lynn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Micro1EVCPU made by Westinghouse as well as the popular GF2014 original spares produced by Century
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V1154BV1 by Century and 1011048007 spares by Char-lynn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35313654A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cincinnati.
