Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Commander products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cleco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Commander such as the CDE15HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67ES manufactured by Cleco and we are pleased to be able to service most Cleco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature I721001 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand VC5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as DMR262S0120 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C80101521 made by Cleveland as well as the popular 8005701RA original spares produced by Cognex-Volpi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDE20HPICD by Commander and DMR262S0120 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M00449120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cleveland.
