Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Centerline 420-65158 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cimrex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Charmilles parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chromalox product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cimrex such as the E710CIMREX71 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 852476 manufactured by Charmilles and we are pleased to be able to service most Charmilles systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000152XX by Manufacturer Chromalox as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cheshire Brand 98596059 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Charmilles such as 853668ASALP2 equipment made by Charmilles have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Charmilles products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Charmilles" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TNPKL made by Munch as well as the popular RE52048 original spares produced by Cerutti

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EC214438G by Chiba-Precision and 853668ASALP2 spares by Charmilles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BF2024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Century.
