Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Celevland-ridder MW1-13467 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Perceptron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the 506301024AS82W604S82W604 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3G3MXAE002 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4950191REVR by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sti Brand OF4148B2FB2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as E7U23P7 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5054308 made by Siemens as well as the popular 513215000 original spares produced by Burton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4338500 by Varian and E7U23P7 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07020357700453 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
