Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ceag 86-264AC890CO-25DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ceg-Elettronica-Industriale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cherusal product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 16040243 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04760001301 manufactured by Ceg-Elettronica-Industriale and we are pleased to be able to service most Ceg-Elettronica-Industriale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCB007 by Manufacturer Cherusal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ckd Brand RCC2FB4035R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ckd such as AHB100160510 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CMX1T11LN2X made by Celerity as well as the popular 8007491 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR262X1120 by Cognex and AHB100160510 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS720 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
