Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 023VPX0055XX23N08 manufactured by Cgi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cgi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10GSFPELR by Manufacturer Champion-One as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Century Brand DC113 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Charmilles such as CT208133011 equipment made by Charmilles have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Charmilles products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Charmilles" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F3100 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular AL102 original spares produced by Cegelec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11001151 by Chemtool-Inc and CT208133011 spares by Charmilles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
