Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Catep 7222-056-1830 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ccs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Celco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK1721F80L4ECR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PD30242A manufactured by Ccs and we are pleased to be able to service most Ccs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR176C200 by Manufacturer Celco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Century Brand hd60fk659 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cd-Associates such as CDA008001A01 equipment made by Cd-Associates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cd-Associates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cd-Associates" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KCB05G6903645 made by Charmilles as well as the popular 1RSC203YN original spares produced by Century

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CB249 by Allen-Bradley and CDA008001A01 spares by Cd-Associates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K261160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chicago-Pneumatic.
