Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carotron ADP102-RC1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Co.ra.-S.r.l. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the PCC5018DT2YDUDFL286364 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GTXG110x90CP16A manufactured by Co.ra.-S.r.l. and we are pleased to be able to service most Co.ra.-S.r.l. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82502091R by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand DMR74XM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chunghwa such as CLAA104XA02CW equipment made by Chunghwa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chunghwa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chunghwa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CAC4A63B125 made by Ckd as well as the popular D1783000 original spares produced by Carotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR86000602 by Cognex and CLAA104XA02CW spares by Chunghwa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CAMCIC5000R14G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
