Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carlen CC290T-3600-AB-MM-CP10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Charmilles-Robofil products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cegelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles-Robofil such as the 811033 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GDS10054001 manufactured by Cegelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Cegelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS007411A00000 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 6GDW3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinnati such as BDS4A210J7527414V32 equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DGD1K1M934280 made by Dgd as well as the popular DSS24CMK4 original spares produced by Double-Scanivalve

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFD022M23B by Delta and BDS4A210J7527414V32 spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CI025P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cerus.
