Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bucher 1ZP6N1-180/5H2-063R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bvr-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dell such as the PPL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT01723015 manufactured by Bvr-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Bvr-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G21404421700 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Camco Brand 60F1800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bussmann such as CH30J3I equipment made by Bussmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bussmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bussmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SAX1103 made by Bulgin as well as the popular A042695 original spares produced by Capel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSA3003 by Carl-Baasel and CH30J3I spares by Bussmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6229228340700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zeiss.
