Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brother GF15N015-BMRE3C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brunner-Elektronik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brown--Sharpe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bystronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brunner-Elektronik such as the PRT0075V0020554 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G5156500 manufactured by Brown--Sharpe and we are pleased to be able to service most Brown--Sharpe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B702111 by Manufacturer Bystronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bystronic Brand 10000679 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Btg such as JCT1100 equipment made by Btg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Btg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Btg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3MVP95C117Q made by Browning as well as the popular G561229 original spares produced by Brown--Sharpe

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRHR02BAB12 by Yaskawa and JCT1100 spares by Btg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2K91342 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bryant.
