Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brother B52J017-100A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Burr-Brown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Browning parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brown-Boveri product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Burr-Brown such as the 3452 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 237Q56H15A manufactured by Browning and we are pleased to be able to service most Browning systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HESG446760R3 by Manufacturer Brown-Boveri as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand D0130CBDO130CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Burr-Brown such as TM76 equipment made by Burr-Brown have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Burr-Brown products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Burr-Brown" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 130002 made by Bwi as well as the popular TM70 original spares produced by Burr-Brown

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GF15N015BMRE3C by Brother and TM76 spares by Burr-Brown are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S12716 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Browning.
