Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Broadley-james S400-RT33H-E15FF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the SOI260AL040NP2X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S7830A1005 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCPFCM1D101S2PFC2000 by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand VT5SB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kepco such as ZoidModelL equipment made by Kepco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kepco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kepco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V608CH0 made by Hach as well as the popular SLGU1C original spares produced by Sunx

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7161024HVHD1010SSY by Accu-coder and ZoidModelL spares by Kepco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XV102H435TQRL10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
