Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brisay DPS-Touch parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drivecon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Duff-norton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the DSC8500RPA10512436430DDP84090FTB102JCM20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 430XSD4005 manufactured by Drivecon and we are pleased to be able to service most Drivecon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 279502503 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dwyer Brand HFS202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as R91128244710W16 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VF615R544NSNP made by Drivecon as well as the popular 1403D original spares produced by Dtc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M100101407B by Duff-norton and R91128244710W16 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTE40381014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drivecon.
