Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Centroid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the CK2CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BHA04CS1C manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Allin1DC by Manufacturer Centroid as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cirelec Brand GEMSE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carte-Alimentatio such as 1004G equipment made by Carte-Alimentatio have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M400 by Centroid and 1004G spares by Carte-Alimentatio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
