Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Br-automation 0GH-AI300 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Browning-Mbn-3362-40c-Pv5 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carl such as the SM031HU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MBN manufactured by Browning-Mbn-3362-40c-Pv5 and we are pleased to be able to service most Browning-Mbn-3362-40c-Pv5 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECH3010NPAT1 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Camco Brand M1801RD8H64280 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carotron such as EPR060000 equipment made by Carotron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD1 by Centroid and EPR060000 spares by Carotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 123260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chessell.
