Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston ACSS415 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Broad-Ocean products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brady parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 B--R-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Broad-Ocean such as the ST951R33DN07HD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 113111 manufactured by Brady and we are pleased to be able to service most Brady systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP430DM435 by Manufacturer B--R-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Brother Brand FOBB020E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brook-Crompton such as 090W001872 equipment made by Brook-Crompton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brook-Crompton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brook-Crompton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available THT174303 made by Brady as well as the popular 1925908 original spares produced by Bridgeport

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B5210851 by Brother and 090W001872 spares by Brook-Crompton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TW113A450DM5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston-Gear.
