Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boschert R1T185H683-032-00-8HN63 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brad-Harrison parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Centerline product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the INSIGHT5100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1300080086301000C11F200 manufactured by Brad-Harrison and we are pleased to be able to service most Brad-Harrison systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SE01AUG3 by Manufacturer Centerline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cosmos Brand P4426 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Captron such as 0898896950 equipment made by Captron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Captron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Captron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S83004 made by Bradley as well as the popular 11BHW28E original spares produced by Clifton-Precision

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E65NNL8 by Cutler-Hammer and 0898896950 spares by Captron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9807328 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cole-Palmer.
