Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch Servo, Motor, MI KSM, KSM02.1B-041C, Mot parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rima products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rfl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rima such as the S50252 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 67BReceiverD101113DRB1 manufactured by Rfl and we are pleased to be able to service most Rfl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Multiple by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand RINT661164583077G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexroth such as R412006999 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CNC30 made by Richmill as well as the popular MAC093C0CS4C110A0W1520LVS001 original spares produced by Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C1130C3 by Riede-Systems and R412006999 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 626108001D2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rigaku.
