Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch PSS 5200.329C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP570BG1124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RK12000CG020AA2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S77930 by Manufacturer Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kinco Brand MT4532T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Weinview such as TK6100IV5 equipment made by Weinview have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weinview products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weinview" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT4513TE made by Kinco as well as the popular A20B20020300 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AB3135 by Kadant-Aes and TK6100IV5 spares by Weinview are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV66480BE113AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
