Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bonfiglioli GVX2000-11-TSL2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cincinnati product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the BN43A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 95008603M75R14ICD manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDS421023412W32 by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cerus Brand CI025P4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cerus such as CI001GS2 equipment made by Cerus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cerus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cerus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CC290T3600AB12MMMS made by Carlen as well as the popular VLT2800 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CP2000 by Delta and CI001GS2 spares by Cerus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 134L5903 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
