Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bionx SMART CONNECT REV5.2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bj-gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the NSH54RL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSH11D4BSH200 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 166012 by Manufacturer Bj-gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bodine Brand 42A4BEPM5L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as WUDA80MSD equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H2KF made by Blh-Electronic as well as the popular NSH34 original spares produced by Bodine

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 112B4T1A412NRP11212300968 by Bonfigioli and WUDA80MSD spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
