Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bernstein SLK-FVTU24-230MC-22ERRX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Black-Box products, including obsoleted and phased-out Black-Box parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Block product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Black-Box such as the 520339507 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LBH240AST manufactured by Black-Box and we are pleased to be able to service most Black-Box systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HFD40012 by Manufacturer Block as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Broad-Ocean Brand BP10136SEM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Beta such as 308182G1 equipment made by Beta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B1LT made by Bindicator as well as the popular BMXART0414H original spares produced by Schneider

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75872 by Bm and 308182G1 spares by Beta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 360804K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bodine.
