Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bernstein SLK-FVTU24-230MC-22ERRX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blue-Tree-Wireless-Data-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Big-Daishowa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blue-Tree-Wireless-Data-Inc such as the FMOW44200XX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TLV30M manufactured by Big-Daishowa and we are pleased to be able to service most Big-Daishowa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLMC50E30S by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bodine Brand 48R5BFYP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bettis such as 139677 equipment made by Bettis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bettis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bettis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BEBLNT010001 made by Beta-Tech as well as the popular 23T2FEHH original spares produced by Bodine

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EP20K600EBC6523 by Bes and 139677 spares by Bettis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC5057Q Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Blue.
