Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bernstein 6557219002 OT18RT-DATN-0200-CLE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Checkpoint-Llc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bi40 product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 4630690000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPS1OR10235 manufactured by Checkpoint-Llc and we are pleased to be able to service most Checkpoint-Llc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI40CP80FDZ30X2B1131 by Manufacturer Bi40 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 13104RQD05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cosmo such as PW30 equipment made by Cosmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cosmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cosmo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 942200000 made by Cal-Controls as well as the popular Series200 original spares produced by Burns

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DVT515 by Cognex and PW30 spares by Cosmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E51BLTI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
