Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beckhoff EL4004 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electronic-Control-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electocom product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra such as the B006402817617 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MWB126A4D manufactured by Electronic-Control-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Electronic-Control-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32169922000 by Manufacturer Electocom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elau Brand PMC21108000000411010K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elcon such as 1090Y1090G0999VV equipment made by Elcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elcon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ISEVOP made by Elan as well as the popular MC810B original spares produced by Electrothermal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VSE030 by Elbag and 1090Y1090G0999VV spares by Elcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
