Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner LEDRR70XD4-PM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baumer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chemineer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baumer such as the OHDK14P5101S35A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2CTDM5 manufactured by Chemineer and we are pleased to be able to service most Chemineer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM300X by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dual Brand 05BU0411945 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-hammer such as JD3250F equipment made by Cutler-hammer have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H40AL25F36ABZ7406RLEDSCULS by Bei and JD3250F spares by Cutler-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
