Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner D12SN6FP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Buhler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the 33085104000020100005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N4VA manufactured by Buhler and we are pleased to be able to service most Buhler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3308789000 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Banner Brand QS12VP6LPQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bradley such as S91024 equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 140160 made by Bradley as well as the popular QS30LDL original spares produced by Banner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L25G5000T2ABZC7406SC12S by Bei and S91024 spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 924010022318 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei.
