Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Baldor TGF-2100-03A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Blazer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL6A110M0152A1S115BDDUM3023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K90LYPQ manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TPR010 by Manufacturer Blazer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Banner Brand 25618 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balluff such as BTL5C10M0102PSU006S32US equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BTAD11200 made by Balluff as well as the popular BES517134U4HS5 original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BS46AA125224 by Balogh and BTL5C10M0102PSU006S32US spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS1GV25VE2003A10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
