Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Baldor MT-4535-SPECIAL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amlok products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ametek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amlok such as the A143147001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM2482P09T09P2RE00 manufactured by Ris and we are pleased to be able to service most Ris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3482MAC5115 by Manufacturer Ametek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ampro-Computers Brand A13070AA6067010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Analog-Devices such as 5B4002 equipment made by Analog-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analog-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analog-Devices" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 961909883 made by Anca as well as the popular 1995L6MX original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MLP07081501 by Anaheim and 5B4002 spares by Analog-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 666033100002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anafaze.
