Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bailey INFI 90 IMMFP02 MULTI FUNCTION PROCESSOR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tridium-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MC4192 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JACE600 manufactured by Tridium-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Tridium-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K0MX4000USH026 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moxa Brand M4210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pyro such as MMB2 equipment made by Pyro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KB8M5880543 made by Yamaha as well as the popular LTD26SR00510 original spares produced by Atlas-Capco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MN100FG101AT by Imaging-Technology and MMB2 spares by Pyro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LS5C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dvt.
