Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Boston Brand F738F40XB9J4T1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Black-Clawson such as SB3128 equipment made by Black-Clawson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Black-Clawson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Black-Clawson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VF49F1 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular HLSK102YL original spares produced by Boston
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F71810B5J by Boston and SB3128 spares by Black-Clawson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300L2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonfigioli.
