Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Athena SAM 208 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Semikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKM40GD123D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKM100GB123D manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKN600004 by Manufacturer Semikron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eupec Brand T1929N32TOF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motion-Plus such as TDC200 equipment made by Motion-Plus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion-Plus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion-Plus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SKIIP38AC12T4V1 made by Semikron as well as the popular SDNC887SPSB original spares produced by Cybelec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM4720G16 by Rexroth and TDC200 spares by Motion-Plus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDM12100300W12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
