Our services for the Ashcroft DXLdp include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DXLdp if necessary. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the PTDN4PP10A7030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DN45T manufactured by Ati-Industrial-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ati-Industrial-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 305D015A10PX by Manufacturer Atc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Atlas-Copco Brand Aug83 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atc such as 385A500Q50PX equipment made by Atc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NXT16CTF031 made by Athena as well as the popular BASE24 original spares produced by Atcs
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 021754307C by Asm and 385A500Q50PX spares by Atc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
