Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Asea OETL-NF800ASW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Joslyn-Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dolan-Jenner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn-Clark such as the T13U03276 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS95040000 manufactured by Dolan-Jenner and we are pleased to be able to service most Dolan-Jenner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QE8ST090F41S08 by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Air-Valve Brand R10PH20CA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Invensys such as UNC5102 equipment made by Invensys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Invensys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Invensys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OPU01 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular P0913ED original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLD1342F312121 by Telemecanique and UNC5102 spares by Invensys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
