Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ascom IPBL1-AA/4B1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Astrosystems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Astrosystems such as the 10026073 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4890024LB1 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4050532001 by Manufacturer Asp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ashcroft Brand 451188SS02L30IW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asus such as GTX580 equipment made by Asus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TDF0110 made by Atc as well as the popular 8132360 original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRBU0092B31R by Atb and GTX580 spares by Asus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
