Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automatic-Valve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ashcroft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asis product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automatic-Valve such as the A6848ABF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 828003614 manufactured by Ashcroft and we are pleased to be able to service most Ashcroft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K3S110H by Manufacturer Asis as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Asco Brand EF8210G022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asm such as 0328175 equipment made by Asm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available APT3100D4M11F11S1M1 made by Autrol as well as the popular 1420113114 original spares produced by Atlas-Copco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76VWM1 by Ashland-Electric-Products and 0328175 spares by Asm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSAX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Axor-Industries.
