Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apsopulse DCW300-24/125FTS-P9343 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aquatrac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arburg product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance-Electric such as the 1AC4107USN034 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10TCPT2TFORCRCSCRCU manufactured by Aquatrac and we are pleased to be able to service most Aquatrac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 25217 by Manufacturer Arburg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arcom-Control Brand AIMMOTION1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arrow-Hart such as ACC930V20 equipment made by Arrow-Hart have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arrow-Hart products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arrow-Hart" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A6942A made by Armstrong as well as the popular M3539TP original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASBCTR212 by Modicon and ACC930V20 spares by Arrow-Hart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
