Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Antek DC68/P60-09 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Apcc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aquatrac-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ao-Smith product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Apcc such as the 11836 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M5TCPFOR manufactured by Aquatrac-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Aquatrac-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F48U64A01 by Manufacturer Ao-Smith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Motion Brand 5000StepMotorDriver in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ao-Smith such as 736620901VB equipment made by Ao-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ao-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ao-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2090151 made by Antex-Electronics as well as the popular AD047005P2 original spares produced by Apex-Dynamics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AOV3874 by Arc-o-vec and 736620901VB spares by Ao-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R0208 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arc.
