Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aria-Switzerland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applied-Motion product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aria-Switzerland such as the EA2x750 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE090010 manufactured by Apex and we are pleased to be able to service most Apex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2035XD by Manufacturer Applied-Motion as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Motion Brand STR85000158 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Adept such as 1030016600 equipment made by Adept have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adept products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adept" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9000CAL made by Arjay as well as the popular PCA0162001 original spares produced by Arnet
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7080PCB1000134C by Applied-Motion and 1030016600 spares by Adept are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GR6030NX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arobotech.
