Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anritsu xr-power parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Computing-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the MAHE6AMAGR6A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPLV11 manufactured by Applied-Computing-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Computing-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6400892B by Manufacturer Apc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arburg Brand 25208 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durant such as 5D11R equipment made by Durant have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durant products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durant" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1000075 made by Applied-Motion as well as the popular 001020098 original spares produced by Applied-Materials

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8019 by Appalachian-Electronic and 5D11R spares by Durant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
