Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anadex PI-408R-N2015 PI408RN2015 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Branson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Analog-Devices product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Branson such as the 107089 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NTG0001 manufactured by Andron and we are pleased to be able to service most Andron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3B4100 by Manufacturer Analog-Devices as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Anderson-Instruments Brand 56000A17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anritsu such as MA2442D equipment made by Anritsu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anritsu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anritsu" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EMX150 made by Andover-Controls as well as the popular 56000A23RevE original spares produced by Anderson-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 69080SP69080LP by Anorad and MA2442D spares by Anritsu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV2320D415 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Animatics.
