Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amk 44511-2191-000152 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ansaldo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anderson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Amprobe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ansaldo such as the SPDM110UGE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCB002100 manufactured by Anderson and we are pleased to be able to service most Anderson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AW81 by Manufacturer Amprobe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Amprobe Brand SMCAL1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anaheim such as PCL402 equipment made by Anaheim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anaheim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anaheim" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PCB901162REVD made by Anilam as well as the popular AN240010X original spares produced by Analogic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BA90L122C11RQ by Antriebstechnik and PCL402 spares by Anaheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCIMIO16XE10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Andor.
