Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amicon TPY3A-1482B-75HP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advanced-Micro-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out An-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Invensys product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Micro-Controls such as the R11X2F105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LF63250E45 manufactured by An-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most An-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNC5202 by Manufacturer Invensys as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accudyne-Industries Brand A18192L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acdc such as REV804B2332 equipment made by Acdc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acdc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acdc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TE02XRS25E1 made by Advanced-Protection-Tech as well as the popular RMC303A2330 original spares produced by Acdc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VMVS2TW250TT by Cooper and REV804B2332 spares by Acdc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
