Ameter Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ameter ACE and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ameter ACE include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ACE if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ACE repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aplex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anco such as the B651431 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 451019527653194 manufactured by Amk and we are pleased to be able to service most Amk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AHM67524 by Manufacturer Aplex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Appled-Motion-Products Brand 5000111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ashcroft such as K15M0242F2300 equipment made by Ashcroft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ashcroft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ashcroft" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L370720 by Anderson-negele and K15M0242F2300 spares by Ashcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
