Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ametek GM9213E043-R3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-Mate product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powers such as the 320A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45195 manufactured by Polar and we are pleased to be able to service most Polar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES5D by Manufacturer Power-Mate as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pittway Brand SA678 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Polyspede such as E152913 equipment made by Polyspede have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polyspede products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polyspede" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CB2241 made by Placid-Industries as well as the popular PT169110REVH original spares produced by Tb2

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STCK248 by Plastic-Process and E152913 spares by Polyspede are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C1254N4CH000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec.
