Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Altronic P255-100G-B4C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BTL5A11M0040PSA231S32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BES515SA7S21 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BOSS50PL5C01NN by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Banner Brand LEDR140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atc such as 7703BR04N3BPT equipment made by Atc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Btl5S102M1829PSU040S32 by Balluff and 7703BR04N3BPT spares by Atc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
