Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Altronic P255-100G-B4C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Banner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atc such as the 7581AS4X4NLX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44A01000P4E0000 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLSR30900Q8 by Manufacturer Banner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Anderson Brand LBB24T18181818 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balluff such as BNS813X606B06L1261A2206 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BOS007W made by Balluff as well as the popular M1383A original spares produced by Balluff

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K15M0242F2500 by Ashcroft and BNS813X606B06L1261A2206 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B431BC1215 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ashcroft.
