Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Altech MC-85A-DC24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ameritherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 American-Msi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ameritherm such as the 0030190 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N20060BSIO000 manufactured by Amada and we are pleased to be able to service most Amada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCBMTCCC by Manufacturer American-Msi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bison Brand SM23240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by American-Autogard such as 201ACT4MPO134 equipment made by American-Autogard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire American-Autogard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "American-Autogard" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DV744M made by Amk as well as the popular GM8224S015R1 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 86PCTA011GYHB5 by Ametek and 201ACT4MPO134 spares by American-Autogard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C3729 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Altran.
