Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha SK+100S-MF2-28-1E1-1S10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Audi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bonfigioli product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametric such as the 80A36 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G052182A2 manufactured by Audi and we are pleased to be able to service most Audi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFR49AP63B5 by Manufacturer Bonfigioli as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bayside Brand PX115007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autoflex such as CB15 equipment made by Autoflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autoflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autoflex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 86N101010420 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular B1325302 original spares produced by B232-30-2

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NR23E005 by Bayside and CB15 spares by Autoflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BP5060BD02SP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
